How to use the benefits for former Thailand Elite members
Member Contact Center
All reservations for Thailand Elite member benefits are handled by the Member Contact Center.
The Member Contact Center is located in Bangkok and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take care of member requests by phone or email.
Booking VIP treatment for incoming and outgoing travel
Once you have made a reservation for your inbound and outbound flights in Thailand, please inform the Member Contact Center of the flight number and arrival/departure time.
MCC will arrange for an EPA (Elite Personal Assistant) to pick you up and send you a reservation form (Job Assignment) by e-mail.
Please also let MCC know your accommodation and home address in Thailand so that we can arrange a limousine.
Receipt of Thailand Elite Visa
Thailand Elite Visa can be picked up at Suvarnabhumi Airport upon entry. (It can also be picked up in Thailand).
Please inform the Member Contact Center that you would like a visa when you make an appointment for VIP treatment at the time of entry.
*Please give us your request before 5 working days as we need 5 working days to arrange your visa.
Thailand Elite members do not need to submit visa application documents to the embassy, etc., as they have already been screened by the immigration office at the time of admission screening.
Openning Bank Account in Thailand
When opening an account at Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, etc., please apply to the Member Contact Center to receive a letter of recommendation. If you have already received your member card, you may also present your member card.
Booking Golf
Please check with the Member Contact Center for available partner golf courses and make a reservation.
You can play one round of golf every day with no green fee.
Booking Massage
Please check available massage parlors at the Member Contact Center and make a reservation.
Health Check Appointment
